If I have never mentioned that I am a huge film junkie on this blog, well I'm letting you know now. I own well over three hundred dvds thanks to Amazon's five cent movies (that range from His Girl Friday, 12 Angry Men, The Halloweens, Taxi Driver, 101 Dalmatians, When Harry Met Sally to Forrest Gump) and have movie nights weekly whether its with girl friends, date night or a family movie night! And if you know me, it's not just put in a movie and call it good, dinner and deserts are a must (that is if I haven't made a mini party for the evening)! At this point, most everyone I know has told me on more than one occasion that I should have seriously considered a career in becoming a film critic (because of my extensive collection and knowledge of films) but I'm content where I am. So, as a part of my Friday postings I've decided to incorporate a new segment of Friday Movies!!! I'm pretty excited to share this with you all and see what you are all interested in.
So to kick of the Segment, I'm curious to see what you all think of this new French Film Elles, staring Juliette Binoche. I think it looks pretty wild and evocatively captivating! I'd love to hear any thoughts on films you've maybe just watched for the first time. I certainly promise you, these posts will not be as long as this post!
