Work It

Work your abs with leg lifts! I've always had a little bit of a tummy but last year when I decided to drastically change my diet and exercise routine I incorporated leg lifts/crunches and honestly I've surprisingly kept it up. In the beginning of my routines I would alternate between doing ten crunches and then work in five leg lifts and repeat three times. Now I can do roughly sixty leg lifts without stopping, it was a kind of big deal when I reached sixty. I'm constantly striving for more, so try bringing leg lifts into your exercise routine!
