A Fresh Start

Instead of turning to fad diets to shed weight, I'm choosing to eat more like the Greeks and focus on buying more veggies, yogurt, berries, hummus and protein to store in my fridge. I've come across so many tasty looking recipes that I cannot wait to try. Here are five that I've tried and loved!
