It's been four years since I've lived in the Midwest and I dearly miss the fall/winter seasons as I sit here and wait until the middle of November so I can start wearing jeans and a light scarf. I miss the cool crisp air and bundling up in layers of clothes. I miss walking through the peaceful and quiet nights on campus when snow flurries are just beginning to fall. I miss driving through the neighborhoods and watching families rake up huge piles of leaves and putting out their over the top Christmas decorations. I miss running from the cafeteria to the dorm because it's too cold outside and I miss making snowmen at the first snow fall. What do you love about the winter season?
