I"ve recently moved back to my home town, so my life has been unpacking and settling in to my childhood bedroom. Not exactly ideal but I just got into grad school and luckily my parents are letting live at home until I get a job while also being in school. I've taken on the task of cleaning out everything, which means creating donation piles and organizing the mess that is my bedroom. So of course I've been rummaging through old boxes and have been stumbling upon some great treasures from my childhood like my polly pockets, some favorite children books like Five Minutes Peace and Caps for Sale and then I came across my American Girl Doll, Molly McIntyre, and I loved her so much. Memories of taking her on family vacations and to birthday parties, finding her in the back of my closet certainly brightened my day. Alright ladies (and guys), for those of you who had an American Girl growing up, who did you have? Any great memories with your doll come to mind? Please share!!
