Home Away From Home

The Oliver Inn first belonged to the Oliver family (who owned Oliver Chilled Plow Works) in Mishawaka, Indiana. The Astors of Indiana, Mr Oliver was an American Industrialist who is most well known for creating the South Bend Iron Works,  now known as the Oliver Farm Equipment Company - which vastly improved farm plow designs. The Oliver residence remains a major attraction to tourists and history lovers alike, now located in the historic district of South Bend, Indiana. Once inside, you immediately feel at home, fresh baked cookies are out and everyone is outside enjoying the perfect weather. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this lovely home.
