Check me out as the excited junior in high school I was when I jumped out of the car to see this school my brother encouraged me to check out! I still remember the morning my dad and I woke up in the hotel room as I hurried him along so that we could go check out the campus, the classrooms, the dorms and all the cute Notre Dame boys across the street. I knew almost immediately that Saint Mary's was the school I really wanted to get into, only problem was I was a junior and worried sick over those stupid standarized test that everyone (and their mothers) panicked over going into senior year of high school. When it came time for tests and applications to be submitted I knew any day I would hear if I had gotten in or not, I had applied for early admission. I was accepted that December and I can remember getting the news of my acceptance pulling up in the drive of my house. It was the happiest day of my life. Seriously, aren't you impressed with how unbelievably beautiful this school is for being 170 years old?!
