Raspberry Rose Pots de Creme

As a college student with little to no cooking skills, I came home one winter break and recorded every Giada cooking episode I could hoping it would spark an interest in cooking. After watching a few episodes I decided to try the Raspberry Rose Pots de Creme recipe Giada made in her We'll Always have Paris lunch recipe. For a first timer making a souffle, I can't believe it turned out so well. It tasted like absolute heaven.
