Raspberry Rose Pots de Creme
As a college student with little to no cooking skills, I came home one winter break and binge watched a ton of Giada De Laurentiis. A few episodes in, I decided it was time it get in the kitchen. My very first recipe - Raspberry Rose Pots de Creme. You can find it in her We'll Always have Paris lunch episode. For a first timer making a souffle, I cannot believe it turned out as well as it did. It tasted like absolute heaven.
