Taking Breaks

A few activities to think about now that you're going to start taking more breaks from the computer like we talked about earlier, right?!

Small to Bigger Ideas:
Find a local cafe and make it a regular stop. Be European and spend an hour or so completely savoring that omelet and read the paper (book), people watch or gab with your friends.

Build your own bookshelf (or coffee table, kitchen table or something else). I'm a book nerd and learning a little woodwork and building never hurt anyone. Once it's finished you'll feel really good accomplishing something handmade.

Are you a foodie? There are food truck festivals all over the place. Find one closest to you, make a day trip out of it and eat your little heart out!!

Take a coastal road trip (or just any road trip). A few years back, my family drove the California Coastline to San Francisco. Seriously one of the best trips of my life!

Go really big! Go to Paris, enjoy the sights and search for the finest croissants in Paris.
