Spend a hot afternoon indoors and plan on teaching your kids something new like making homemade popsicles but maybe not this one since it includes champagne:)
Ingredients
500g raspberries
200ml water
100ml whipping (soy) cream
100ml agave syrup

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between popsicle moulds or shot glasses. Freeze for at least 5hours. Enjoy with the champagne.
