Weekend Wrap Up

It was raining pretty much all weekend and I have no complaints. I was pretty much on the couch catching up with movies checked out from the library, adding things to my someday Ireland trip, reading, or working on a puzzle.

Learn Something New

In college when I was trying to purse an Art History minor, one of the classes I took was a modern history class that focused on photogrpahy, I loved every minute of that class. I wanted to sign up for an actual photography class but you had to purchase your own camera and at the time I couldn't afford that. I'm currently checking out classes at the local junior college and would love to share better photos than just my Instagram material on the blog. What is something you want to learn or work on this year?

player. isn't he the sweetest, i think so :)

lately, i've been finding this little man under 

the bed. i think he's wanting to play hide

and seek. 

about to enjoy my rent the runway gift card 

from birchbox and relax with my favorite

subscription.

a small and slowly growing collection but check it

out: matchbooks from my parents wedding and 

from the majestic theater in new york from

the 80's. i think i'm off to a good start.

A New Day

Last January we discussed New Year Resolutions but instead I came up with a simple approach to take on the new year in my 31 Day Challenge-it seemed like a hit, so I thought why not bring it back! Some people strive for  wanting to learn an instrument or taking a language course or writing a collection of short stories however something so big can be overwhelming and often times we quit! So instead I came up with a list of small everyday things to accomplish and by the end of the month I felt really good; I was able to incorporate them into my everyday life. So with that said tomorrow begins a new Challenge for 2013, something tells me it's going to be a great year!!!
